Like her early role models - from Bob Dylan to Muddy Waters - the Canadian band leader is an accomplished songwriter, having previously won the promising Compo 10 International Blues songwriting competition (Finland) in 2006 and acclaim for albums such as 2013's The Lily and Breaking Free (2016) received America's Downbeat Magazine's "Top Albums Of The Year".
Touring with Ruf Records Blues Caravan (2016) as well as Jane Lee Hookers (2017), she demonstrates that she is without a doubt one of the finest blues rock singers.
Now Layla Zoe is coming back to Bremen to the Meisenfrei with her new album "The World Could Change", which was produced by Henrik Freischlader!
