French blues and rock chanteuse Véronique Gayot is a powerhouse with a unique voice and the expressiveness of a wildcat. She is strong, focused, and yet vulnerable. She sings as if this one life weren’t enough. From the softest purr to a dangerous hiss to the wildest screams, she uses every facet of her voice in all its untamed ferocity. Her vocal range extends from the deepest notes—which one would never expect from this petite woman, standing just 1.55 meters tall—to the highest falsetto and screams.
